We invite lesbian women who identify with a masculine presence (i.e. butch or stud in all variations) of any race, that are interested in making a positive change in their life as well as others.
As of January 23, 2010, applicants must be at least 21 years of age, employed (full-time or part-time) and/or actively pursuing a degree and/or career. If you are not at least 21 years of age at the time of your application, you may be considered for membership on a case-by-case basis that is dependent upon your birth date.

Our PHrats are dedicated to making each and every member feel like they are a part of a organization characterized by integrity and equality. You will receive support from fellow members to be the best you can be. Once a member, you will feel the true closeness of PHrathood that we have come to cherish.

The first step to becoming a PHI-nomenal Gentlewoman of Phi Alpha Nu Fraternity is to join our PAN Interest Group or email Membership Affairs via: interests@phialphanu.org regarding any questions. Should you choose to send an email, please provide the following in your message:
* Your Name
* Location
* All Contact Information
Once your email is received, a membership representative will contact you to discuss in detail, the entire application process with you.
*** Prior to sending an email or joining the PAN Interest Group, we ask that you first go through and read ALL additional information (below) pertaining to "Interests"
in the event you have questions you'd like to present in your form or
have ready for the membership representative who contacts you.
If upon completing your research and communicating with a PAN representative you decide to proceed with seeking membership, have paid the application fee and submitted a complete application package, you will be contacted via email to schedule an interview.
Upon a successful interview, you will then receive an invitation to participate in our Initiate Program. Furthermore, if you manage to complete our 12 week process, you will receive a final invitation to join our sisterhood as a member of Phi Alpha Nu.
